I stumbled upon life coaching at 25-years-old after checking off many of the 'life success boxes' I was always told I should. I was working a stable job with great benefits, good retirement matching, and advancing in my career like I thought I was 'supposed' to.
But deep down, I felt lost, exhausted, and lacked excitement for the future. I wasn't enjoying this life everyone told me to work so hard for. One day, I reluctantly attended a networking event, where I met someone who introduced themselves as a life coach. As soon as she mentioned those words, something clicked inside of me, and I knew it was meant to be a part of my journey. Within days I enrolled in my first coach certification program and made my first and best life decision truly based on what I wanted.
In the years following, I worked tirelessly to make my coaching business work for me, to find my authentic path and confidence, and build a life of adventure and exploration. Just as things had taken off and clicked into place…I was staring down at 2 faint pink lines on a pregnancy test just days before welcoming in 2021. I was both overjoyed and terrified. It was something I had prayed for most of my life, but I wasn’t expecting it at that exact moment.
I was surprised by how early in my pregnancy depression, anxiety, and uncertainty kicked in and made themselves at home. After becoming a new mom, I felt even more disconnected, unmotivated, and confused. Each day felt like an uphill battle, and I struggled to find a sense of passion or purpose. I felt exhausted, unfulfilled, and like I was just going through the motions.
I began to wonder if I needed to give up on my dreams and accept that being a mom was enough for right now. But deep down, I knew there was more to me than just being a parent.
Through my own journey of self-discovery and transformation, I realized that there was a lack of support for new moms, especially during the early childhood years. I knew I needed to use my love for coaching and transformation to help other moms find their way back to themselves, fall back in love with motherhood, and show their kids that their dreams were worth pursuing.
It wasn't easy, but the transformation I experienced in becoming a mom was the most significant of my life. It helped me find my way back to the evolved version of myself, where I stand up for myself and my needs and embrace my worthiness.
Seeing myself through my daughter's eyes gave me the strength and courage to pursue my dreams and live a life filled with passion and purpose.
And now, I'm here to help you do the same.
Making sure that my daughter grows up to always see her worth, always trust in her intuition, and to squeeze the absolute most out of life possible. I think in order to accomplish that I have to live by example and practice what I preach.

What I’m known for:
— Howard Thurman
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
Graduated with my MS degree, had a good job with benefits, but felt unfulfilled already at 25. Went to a networking event and discovered life coaching for the first-time.
Enrolled in a year-long life coaching training program that cost $16k and I was barely paying my rent. Talk about a leap of faith!
Quit my comfortable, well paying, great benefits job to pursue my authentic passion of life coaching. Worked part-time to support my dreams.
Completed my 2nd intensive Life Coaching Certification to better help support my clients. Helped several clients make career pivots, pursue passion dreams, and feel excited about a new direction for their life.
I have found a harmony between my most important role of being a mom and pursuing my personal goals and dreams so that even in crazy times I still am successfully moving forward. We moved to my dream location, I am going full-time in my business, and I feel more hopeful for the future than I have in years.
Laid off from job due to Covid. LEANED in to the mindset tools I teach my clients and turned this into my most successful business year yet. In Dec, found out we were unexpectedly pregnant.
Spent my pregnancy and PP dealing with depression & anxiety. Felt disconnected from myself, lost my passion for my dreams, and felt unsure of what I wanted next. Felt a lot of mom guilt over feeling resentful of motherhood.
Realized I had to again lean into the amazing mindset tools I teach and find my passion again. I stopped trying to hustle like I used to and 'get back' to my old self and instead embraced my evolution and realized the magic is in finding harmony, not balance.
